Expression of Interest 

Companies intend to visit campus for hiring, contact the Head - Career and Placement Cell with primary details of Job Profile/Project and its offering. Vice versa the Head Career and Placement also initiate the interactions with HR of various enterprises with expression of interest. Once the interest of the company is received, the Placement Office makes necessary arrangements for Pre-Placement Talk (PPT), conduct of interview and documentation assist for final selection.


Pre-placement talk (PPT)

PPT provides an opportunity to the recruiting company and the students to interact with each other. The presentation by the company is in general regarding the history, growth potential, future opportunities, and job content, compensation package / stipend, location is given. PPT also provides the company with an opportunity to recruit the first year students for summer internship program at the same time.


PPT by the companies is scheduled on the same day of placement. This helps the students to take an informed decision. Resumes of the interested students are sent to the company in advance for short listing of candidates for interview with defined job descriptions. 


The following information is generally required by any recruiting organizations for scheduling interviews and selection of the students at our campus: 

  • Expected no. of vacancies
  • Job position and description
  • Expected work location
  • Eligibility criteria
  • Compensation and perks
Conducting Interviews and final selection 

Head - Career and Placement Cell assist companies in conducting interviews.  Students are informed regarding number of rounds of interviews, documentation procedures and agreements if any. List of selected candidates with offered packages are disclosed to Head Placement cell for closing of selection process.


Facilities for Recruiters

The Institute is well equipped with necessary facilities. It has a state-of- art facilities; air-conditioned classrooms/auditorium equipped with multimedia and audio-visual equipment, board rooms/tutorial rooms for group discussions, and rooms for conducting personal interviews.
